في المواجهه النهائية ستتبع لارا الدبه الى عرينها وستقوم برمي سهم لمحاولة اخراجها , تباشر بسرعة بالهجوم بمخالبها الا ان لارا تراوغها وتتفادى ضربتها , سيظهر المشهد ببطئء للايحاء كم هيه قوية وشرسة تلك المواجهه
تصاب لارا في ظهرها وتظهر الدماء على زوايا الشاشة وسيتطلب ذلك استخدام علاج بطريقة يدويه (بنفس اسلوب ذا لاست اوف اس) لكنها لاتملك دواءً مما يضطرها للدحرجه الى الاحراش القريبة والاختباء , بعد ذلك تقوم بتجهيز اسهمها السامة التي تباشر بتصويبها الى الدبه , بعد عشر ضربات او اكثر قليلاً تسقط الدبه بعنف
تدخل لارا الى عرين الوحش المقتول لتكتشف وجود أدله لمخيم على مايبدوا أثاراً للجيش المغولي الذي سعى ايضاً للعثور على مدينة كتاش , بالمتابعة الى اعماق الكهف تعثر لارا على سفينة اغريقية قديمة عالقة في الشلال المتجمد وقبر سري وجائزة في نهاية المرحلة

Entering the lair of the slain beast Lara discovers evidence of a camp, apparently proving that the Mongol horde also pursued Kitezh , further into the cave we find an ancient Greek ship stuck preserved in a frozen waterfall. A secret tomb, a reward
