According to sources tell Deadline that Sigourney Weaver is in talks to join the upcoming Tomb Raider series for Prime Video. Sophie Turner is set to star as Lara Croft, with Phoebe Waller-Bridge on as writer and executive producer.
It is reported that Amazon goal is to build and connect the world of Tomb Raider through TV series, video game, movie, Anime and possibly more in one universe just like Marvel universe
Update : Sigourney has confirmed that she is indeed joining the cast of the upcoming Tomb Raider live-action series.
